Recently, she won awards for her poetry and short stories in the annual Marcia Colvin Memorial Poetry Contest Florida Statewide - 2nd Place, and in the Melody of the Heart - Humorous first-person short story contest - 2nd Place.

Sally has performed audiotapes of her short stories and poetry for broadcast on RPH Radio, of Canberra ACT Australia.

Sally is honored to have been invited to read and review a number of brand new books written by her friends, Bonnie Bruno, Kathi Macias, and Virginia Smith.

She currently has two novels completed, The Stonekeepers and Amazon Agenda. Both novels are agented by Tamela Hancock-Murray of Hartline Literary Agency and await publication.
